介电常数介质损耗(介质损耗角)测试仪

一.介质损耗测试仪主要特点:
空洞共振腔适用于CCL/印刷线路板,薄膜等非破坏性低介电损耗材料量测。 印电路板主要由玻纤与环氧树脂组成的, 玻纤介电常数为5~6, 树脂大约是3, 由于树脂含量, 硬化程度, 溶剂残留等因素会造成介电特性的偏差, 传统测量方法样品制作不易, 尤其是薄膜样品( 小于 10 mil) 量测值偏低,。
二.介质损耗测试仪主要技术特性:
介质损耗和介电常数是各种电瓷、装置瓷、电容器等陶瓷,还有复合材料等的一项重要的物理性质,通过测定介质损耗角正切tanδ及介电常数(ε),可进一步了解影响介质损耗和介电常数的各种因素,为提高材料的性能提供依据;仪器的基本原理是采用高频谐振法,并提供了,通用、多用途、多量程的阻抗测试。它以单片计算机作为仪器的控制,测量核心采用了频率数字锁定,标准频率测试点自动设定,谐振点自动搜索,Q值量程自动转换,数值显示等新技术,改进了调谐回路,使得调谐测试回路的残余电感减至zui低,并保留了原Q表中自动稳幅等技术,使得新仪器在使用时更为方便,测量值更为精确。仪器能在较高的测试频率条件下,测量高频电感或谐振回路的Q值,电感器的电感量和分布电容量,电容器的电容量和损耗角正切值,电工材料的高频介质损耗,高频回路有效并联及串联电阻,传输线的特性阻抗等。

四.特点:
☆接线简单(正接法两根线,反接可使用一根线),所有电缆线均有接地屏蔽,所以都能拖地使用,测量电压缓升、缓降,全自动测量,结果直读,无须换算。

☆ 抗震性能 仪器可承受长途运输中强烈震动颠簸而不会损坏。
☆ 抗干扰能力强 采用自动跟踪干扰抵偿电路,将矢量运算法与移相法结合,有效地消除强电场干扰对测量的影响,适用于500kV及其以下电站的现场试验。
☆CVT测量 *自激法测量CVT功能,不需外加任何设备,可完成不可拆头CVT的测量。一次接线(三根电缆,不用倒线),一个测量过程(大约1分钟),两个zui终测量结果(C1和C2的介损及电容值)。测量过程中文显示,能实时监测自激电流值和试验电压(高压)值。能消除引线对测试的影响,测量结果准确可靠。

介质损耗和介电常数是各种电瓷、装置瓷、电容器等陶瓷,还有复合材料等的一项重要的物理性质,通过测定介质损耗角正切tanδ及介电常数(ε),可进一步了解影响介质损耗和介电常数的各种因素,为提高材料的性能提供依据;仪器的基本原理是采用高频谐振法,并提供了,通用、多用途、多量程的阻抗测试。它以单片计算机作为仪器的控制,测量核心采用了频率数字锁定,标准频率测试点自动设定,谐振点自动搜索,Q值量程自动转换,数值显示等新技术,改进了调谐回路,使得调谐测试回路的残余电感减至zui低,并保留了原Q表中自动稳幅等技术,使得新仪器在使用时更为方便,测量值更为精确。仪器能在较高的测试频率条件下,测量高频电感或谐振回路的Q值,电感器的电感量和分布电容量,电容器的电容量和损耗角正切值,电工材料的高频介质损耗,高频回路有效并联及串联电阻,传输线的特性阻抗等。

四.仪器特点:
☆接线简单(正接法两根线,反接可使用一根线),所有电缆线均有接地屏蔽,所以都能拖地使用,测量电压缓升、缓降,全自动测量,结果直读,无须换算。
☆多种测量方式 可选择正/反接线、内/外标准电容器和内/外试验电压进行测量。正接线可测量高压介损。
☆ 抗震性能 仪器可承受长途运输中强烈震动颠簸而不会损坏。
☆ 抗干扰能力强 采用自动跟踪干扰抵偿电路,将矢量运算法与移相法结合,有效地消除强电场干扰对测量的影响,适用于500kV及其以下电站的现场试验。
☆CVT测量 *自激法测量CVT功能,不需外加任何设备,可完成不可拆头CVT的测量。一次接线(三根电缆,不用倒线),一个测量过程(大约1分钟),两个zui终测量结果(C1和C2的介损及电容值)。测量过程中文显示,能实时监测自激电流值和试验电压(高压)值。能消除引线对测试的影响,测量结果准确可靠。
☆ 安全措施(1)高压保护:试品短路、击穿或高压电流波动,能迅速切断高压输出。
(2)CVT保护:设定自激电压的过流点,一旦超出设置的电流值,仪器自动退出测量,不会损坏设备。
(3)接地检测:仪器有接地检测功能,未接地时不能升压测量。
(4)防误操作:具备防误操作设计,能判别常见接线错误,安全报警。
(5)防“容升”:测量大容量试品时会出现电压抬高的“容升”效应,仪器能自动跟踪输出电压,保持试验电压恒定。
